About Empower

Empower started inside an actuarial firm. We built it because the tools available to People Operations didn't match the precision of the work being done by the rest of the business. Every interaction in Empower, from the first job application to a tax form download a decade later, is treated as a record-grade event.

We build for clarity. The same typographic system used in our financial reports drives our payroll interfaces. The same audit conventions used by underwriting govern our personnel actions. Nothing decorative, nothing arbitrary.

Empower interfaces with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the system of record, and is designed alongside our internal venue platform to give employees and applicants a single, coherent ecosystem.
